GOVERNING LAW

This contract is governed by the laws of Australia and such other laws which are applicable in the country where the consumer is resident.

PRICING

We reserve the right to update or correct information on the Site at any time without notice. In the event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we have the right to refuse shipment of or cancel any Offer to Purchase for the Product.

Where we become aware of any error or inaccuracy after acceptance of your Offer to Purchase, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-placing your order at the correct price or cancelling your order for a refund. Where we cannot get in contact with you by close of the business day on which we become aware of the error, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

PAYMENTS

We accept payments by credit card from Visa, MasterCard, Paypal and American Express.

REFUNDS

We will not provide a refund for change of mind or if the item does not fit you.

We can offer a store credit or swap the item for another size or another style.

If the item is faulty it will be sent off to the manufacturer for assessment before replacing the product.

SECURITY

Any personal information that you submit will be protected by our secure SSL payment gateway server. Please refer to our policy statement for more information on personal security.

As per our banks request you may be asked to provide some additional information for us to process your order. This order can include ID in the name of the sale, or a copy of the card used to make the purchase. If these items cannot be produced the money will be refunded and order not processed.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

You may choose to leave your parcel at your front door, please ask this in the comments section upon checkout, though do note that once the parcel has been delivered the parcel is no longer our responsibility.

OVERSOLD ITEMS

If any items in your order are temporarily or permanently out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for those items. If the item is coming back you may decide to wait and we'll ship the item once it returns back in stock.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

CHANGING OF ADDRESS

Unfortunately once an order has been processed the delivery name and address cannot be completely changed. Mistakes in spelling or suburb can be fixed, but the address and delivery name cannot completely change from order name and address for security reasons.

OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA AND REGIONAL AREAS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us. 

Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
